Ryan KIng E-RYT
My relationship with yoga has ebbed and flowed for over a decade, but my journey teaching started over 7 years ago. It has helped me grow in so many ways - I love celebrating the victories in the lives of my students both on and off their mats. To me, yoga is a beautiful blend of freedom and creativity, and a mix of individuality within a heartfelt community. The decision to become an instructor stemmed from the desire to help others see the art within yoga, help cultivate confidence and to spread some joy and peace!
Gina Nilsen 200-RYT
Gina is a recent graduate of the 200-Level Yoga Teacher Training with Just Bee Yoga. She is also a NASM-CPT, has her BA in Psychology, and years of dance training. Teaching mostly group fitness, Gina wanted to complement her high intensity workouts with Yoga and create more balance for herself both mentally and physically. Gina uses the combination of her background in dance and personal training to demonstrate proper body mechanics and teach others ways to move that are right for their own body. She loves how Yoga teaches us to be more present in every moment. She is excited to be a part of the Hive!
